Do you offer video?
A.Currently I do not offer video.
How many pictures should I expect?
A.For my sessions and weddings, I prioritize quality over quantity when delivering photos. Rather than committing to a specific number, my focus is on providing you with a carefully curated collection of exceptional images. For example, I believe delivering 500 beautifully composed and professionally edited photos is far more valuable than providing 900 that lack the same level of care and attention.
Do you have any add-ons?
A.Absolutely! I offer a range of customizable options to ensure your special day is perfectly captured. Whether you need a second photographer, drone photos, additional coverage hours, rehearsal dinner coverage, an external hard drive for your photos, prints, or anything else, I’m here to accommodate your needs. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any requests—I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.
What about elopements?
A.Yes, I do offer photography for elopements. This typically covers up to 3 hours and starts at $1200. Please contact me for more information.
How far will you travel?
A.Based in the scenic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, I proudly serve couples within a 75 mile radius of Winchester, VA. For locations beyond this range, additional travel fees may apply, which we can discuss in detail during your consultation. I’m committed to making your photography experience as seamless and personalized as possible, no matter the distance.
What is your turn around time for photos?
A.Your sneak peeks will typically be available around 48-72 hours after your wedding. Full gallery turn around time is 3-6 weeks.
How do payments work?
A.When you choose Ashwood Photography to capture your wedding day, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to your final balance, which is due 7 days before your wedding.
I accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and credit cards.
